IATEXT researchers participated on March 19, 2024 in the Philological Conferences, organized by the Faculty of Philology of the ULPGC for ESO and Baccalaureate students.

The Division of Computational Linguistics and Computer Applications gave the workshop “Computer applications for language and literature. While the Division of Humanism, Rhetoric and Classical Tradition gave the workshop “Posting from Ancient Rome”. p>

 The Doctors Marina Díaz Peralta, María Jesús García Domínguez and Gracia Piñero Piñero, members of the  Division Cognition, Texts and Contexts of the  University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications organize the Lexicometry III Seminar which will take place from March 20 to 21, 2024.

The House of Culture of Arucas hosted on Thursday, March 7, the start of the 2024 edition of the CONFERENCES - EXHIBITIONS – TRIBUTES “Los Pozos del Olvido” which promotes Association for the Historical Memory of Arucas (AMHA) with the collaboration of the Hon. Arucas City Council, Hon. Cabildo of Gran Canaria and the Government of the Canary Islands.

From February 26 to 28, 2024, the X History and Cinema Conference organized by the Carlos III University of Madrid will take place and which in this edition are titled «Not just muses and divas: women and the arts on the screen».

Some sessions directed by Doctors Vanessa de Cruz Medina (University of Castilla-La Mancha) and Beatriz de las Heras (Institute of Culture and Technology of the UC3M) that will be told, in the session of the Monday the 26th, with the Doctor and member of the IATEXT,  Raúl Villagrasa-Elías.
