Homenaje Miguel Suárez Bosa

On December 21, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., a tribute will be paid to the Professor and member of the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications, Miguel Suárez Bosa at the Casa de Colón.

The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Elena Acosta Guerrero, director of Casa de Colón.  Next, Sergio Solbes Ferri, Senior Lecturer in the Department of History and Institutions, will present “Historiographic contributions and the Suárez Bosa Legacy to the Library of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism”. Next,  Daniel Castillo Hidalgo, Senior Lecturer in the Department of History and Institutions will speak about: “The development of Atlantic ports in the contemporary stage. The vision of Professor Suárez Bosa”.  To end the act, Juan Manuel Brito Díaz, a doctoral student under the direction of Suárez Bosa “Social movements in the Canary Islands. A line of permanent research in the production of Professor Suárez Bosa”.
