III Workshop Final INTELE
On September 13 and 14, 2022, the III INTELE Final Workshop will be held in Madrid in which the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications participates, with the members of the Computational Linguistics and Computer Applications Division, Zenón Hernández, Gustavo Rodríguez and Francisco Carreras Riudavets
The inauguration was attended by the General Secretary for Research of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, Raquel Yotti; with the General Directorate of Research and Technological Innovation of the Community of Madrid, Ana Isabel Cremades; with the Special Commissioner for the Alliance for the New Economy of the Language, Cristina Gallach; with the Vice-Rector for Euskera, Culture and Internationalization of the University of the Basque Country, M. Juncal Gutierrez, and with the Director of the HiTz center, Enek Agirre.
The purpose of III INTELE Final Workshop is to publicize the results of projects linked to digital transformation. The study, research and development in Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences require technological infrastructures that allow the computational treatment of textual, visual, numerical and/or sound data. This event also raises awareness of the importance of European infrastructures distributed research of this type such as CLARIN (focused on data and digital processes related to Language) and DARIAH (focused on data and digital processes related to Digital Humanities).
