The Doctor and member of the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications, Carmen Márquez Montes, teaches two university extension courses "Theatre as a resource in teaching" and "Analysis of literary texts in Spanish" which is taught online.
"Theatre as a resource in teaching" is mainly aimed at students who are going to dedicate themselves to teaching and teachers of Primary, ESO and Baccalaureate. In general, it is aimed at teachers or future teachers who wish to learn about theater as a tool in the classroom or who are interested in approaching the stage fact and its applications in teaching. With this course it is intended to provide primary and secondary teachers, mainly, tools with which to carry out their work in the classroom using theater as a teaching resource. Theater is a game with basic rules, a pretext to play with situations, actions, emotions, ideas, characters, environments, concepts, etc.
It is taught from November 2 to 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
"Analysis of literary texts in teaching" designed primarily for students of the Degree in Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature. Although it is also aimed at all people who are interested in the analysis of literary texts. The main objective of this course is for students to obtain basic knowledge about terminology and analysis methods, which will provide them with sufficient capacity to carry out a scientific analysis of a literary work.
It is taught from November 7, 2022 to January 16, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
