II JORNADAS de INNOVACIÓN TEATRO y ENSEÑANZA

Dr. Carmen Márquez has organized the II Conference on Innovation "Theatre and Teaching" which will be held next Friday, November 4, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. 00h.

These conferences supported in the Educational Innovation Project "The theaters in the classroom and the classroom in the theatre", granted as part of the Calls for Educational Innovation Projects of the ULPGC, the performance of the play “Memorial de la Infamia”, performed by students from the IES Pérez Galdós in Las Palmas. The dramaturgy of the piece is performed by José A. Arteaga based on the works of Canarian authors: El barranco, by Nivaria Tejera, and Romancero captivo, by Pedro García Cabrera, and has been directed by Elia Padrón Quintero.

The Doctor and member of the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications, Leonor Zozaya Montes, has organized the I Theoretical Open Conference knowledge dissemination practices on paleography and history of writing on November 25, 2022.

The aim is to transfer knowledge to society on issues related to Palaeography and the History of writing thanks to conferences by experts, as well as university specialists.

Attendance is free in the Degree Hall of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Doctor and member of the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications, Nayra Rodríguez Rodríguez has participated at the  I Reeducation Forum held in San Bartolomé de Tirajana on October 25, 26 and 27, 2022 with the Workshop on “Inclusive language and equality in the labor."

This I Reeducation Forum, organized by the Illustrious City Council of Villa de San Bartolomé de Tirajana, is intended &nbsp ;reinforce the dynamics already initiated in the institution that undoubtedly seek to achieve full development of education in our municipality, relying on the Department of Education through  innovative approaches to intercultural and participatory dialogue. A referential meeting space, training and reflection around the new educational challenges.

II International Congress of Teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language

Dr. María Nayra Rodríguez Rodríguez, member of the University Institute of Textual Analysis and Applications, together a Didac Martín Martínez, student of the Doctorate in Linguistic and Literary Studies in their Sociocultural Contexts (DELLCOS) have participated in the II International Congress of Teachers of Spanish as a Foreign Language (CIELE), of the Universitat Jaume I and, which took place on October 21 and 22 online.

They presented the paper with the title "The Spanish language of Emotions and Neuroeducation in the ELE classroom of the PUCMM (Pontificia Universidad Madre y Maestra) of the Dominican Republic: The case of the Haitian students."
